Adeline Hat: Cute textured crochet bonnet

February 28, 2016 by anjizilla | 0 comments

A crochet bonnet sounds old-fashioned? Not this one! I absolutely love cute stuff but being an adult makes it a bit tricky as quickly your look is more childish instead of cute. When browsing on ravelry I’ve been stumbling over the adorable Adeline Hat pattern. It’s a crochet bonnet looking like an oversized child hat BUT it has got an elegant touch making it look simply cute and not embarrassing. View the pictures →

Moogle Amigurumi: Final Fantasy crochet

January 17, 2016 by anjizilla | 0 comments

My Moogle Amigurumi is finally done! The crochet part was quick and easy and I finished it in just two evenings. Except for the wings which I made without using any pattern. The assembly part and the face stitching took its time … as always. I guess this is never ever going to change.

Anyway, I’m really happy with the result and I can highly recommend the Moogle Amigurumi pattern! :) View the pictures →

Crochet list for Q1 2016

A crochet list is a great way to get inspired. I love to get inspired by browsing through ravelry projects, handcrafting blogs and facebook sites and groups. Maybe you would like to see what I’m planning to crochet during the first quarter of this year. As for myself I’m curious to see what of my planned projects I will get to make until April 2016. And how many other projects that are not on my crochet list will pop up. I hope that my crochet list will inspire you, too ٩(^ᴗ^)۶ Continue Reading →

Sherlock Amigurumi: Crocheted Consulting Detective

January 2, 2016 by anjizilla | 0 comments

A Sherlock Amigurumi is the last item of my woolly Christmas gifts collection 2015. And it’s my absolute favorite! If my crochet version of the consulting detective Sherlock wouldn’t have stayed in the family, I would have kept him. Compared to the other Christmas gifts I’ve made for 2015 the Sherlock Amigurumi really took some time.  View the pictures →

Minions Bag in Preschooler size

December 30, 2015 by anjizilla | 0 comments

A Minions bag, now it’s getting yellow! We are coming to woolly Christmas gifts part three. The size of the crocheted mini Minions bag is suitable for preschooler’s. If you want to make it in adult or in teen size you should at least take some super-bulky yarn which needs a hook size of 10.0 mm. Otherwise you won’t get much more than a mobile phone and a wallet inside your bag.

Bunny Slippers for warm Feet

December 30, 2015 by anjizilla | 0 comments

Bunny Slippers are the next item on my list of woolly Christmas gifts. My grandma has got this pair of crocheted bunny slippers. It’s the first time I’ve been working with yarn partly made of mohair as I wanted to make the bunnies to look a bit fluffy. The color range is so pretty and fitting for these shoes. It didn’t make it that easy to work with but it’s worth the effort. View the pictures →
